Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent No.2 to decide the request for joining dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure P-9) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
