Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, since there is a civil dispute pending between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents in O.S.No.248 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur and the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner are of civil nature, the Police have not registered any case based on the complaint given by the Petitioner. 3. Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
