Jhansi Lakshmi, learned Asst. Govt. Pleader, attached to AG Office, appearing for the State, submits that Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act was under challenge. She submits that the said notification has been withdrawn. So, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 2. Sri V. Vinod K Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, does not dispute and submits the same, but adding further that the writ petitioners shall be at liberty to question in case if they have any grievance with respect to the new notification, if and when issued. 3.
