2. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the termination order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat.
3. Since the petitioner has remedy of appeal, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable at this juncture. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse available to him under the law and if any delay has been accrued in filing of the appeal, the same shall be ignored at this Court has already condoned the delay and without any hesitation the same shall be decided by the appellate authority in accordance with law.
4. With aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
