Case No. 27 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 530 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) / 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. at Seraikella. 3. On 26.09.2024, Kuchai Police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons from a house in village Bandi. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2024. It was further submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the case is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. at Seraikella in connection with Kuchai P.S.
