In support of application for withdrawal of writ petition, the petitioners have filed their affidavit, however, due to old age, the petitioner No.1-Baisakhiya Bai and petitioner No.2(g)-Sanjay could not appear before this court in person, however, their affidavit have been verified by the other petitioners who are present in person today before the court. The petitioners in person who are present before this court today would submit that since the parties have settled their dispute amicably, now they do not want to press this petition any further. In view of submissions made by the petitioners in person and considering affidavits filed by them, including the affidavits of petitioner No.1-Baisakhiya Bai and petitioner No.2(g)-Sanjay, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
