This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitoner and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 7, as also to consider representation dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-4).
2. Learned State counsel submits that representation dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) stands examined and no cognizable offence is found to have been made out, and a speaking order has been passed in this regard. He undertakes that a copy of the speaking order so passed shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of two days from today.
3. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
4. It is made clear that the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law after receiving a copy of the speaking
order.
