This Court, vide order dated 22.05.2025, passed in MCRC No. 4026 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Somesh Dubey, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur, District – Raipur RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 (C.G.) through learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.11.2025 has requested for grant of 06 month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and there are a total of 42 prosecution witnesses, and their examination before the trial Court has been started, the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 06 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 06 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
