2. Heard Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. At the time of hearing, on instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents has submitted that though there are certain complaints by the third parties, but the

respondent authorities are not interfering and they are not dispossessing the petitioners from the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, by recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, the Writ Petition may be closed.
5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
