Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:88389 Court No. - 5 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 6837 of 2025 Petitioner :- Amar Nath Yadav Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sadhu Sharan Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Suresh Singh Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to revised salary, revised pension and its arrears and other consequential service benefits of 6th Pay Commission. He has made a representation in this regard but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Sadhu Sharan, learned counsel for the petitioner is that representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Shadab Hussain, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of applicable provisions of law in the first instance. However, he fairly contends that service benefits/claim is liable to be decided by the competent authority in a reasonable time frame. In wake of the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent no.3 is directed
to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding grant of revised salary, revised pension and its arrears and other consequential service benefits of 6th Pay Commission in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
