The Tahsildar, Puthalapattu Mandal, Puthalapattu, Chfttoor District. ...Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner: HARINATH REDDY SOMA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR ASSIGNMENT 2 W.P.No.28769 of 2025 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent who is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject lands to an extent of Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.41 and an extent of 84 Cents in Sy.No.43/1 of Talapulapalli Village, Pathalapattu Mandal, Chittoor District, pending enquiry under Section 3 of Andhra Pradesh (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents have initiated action under Section 3 and issued notice in form-I and the petitioner has submitted explanation to the said notice and without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to interfere with possession of petitioners in subject land. 3. Considering the said submissions, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the writ petition as the petitioner also submitted explanation to the respondents’ form-I notice. The respondent authorities are directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Till passing of the final orders under Section 3(5) of Andhra Pradesh (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, the respondents are directed to not to interfere or dispossess the petitioner from the subject properties. 3 W.P.No.28769 of 2025 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
