1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.
“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may call for records from the respondents. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may quash and set aside the order dated 29.07.2024, Annexure P-3 and eviction notice dated 11.11.2025, Annexure P-5. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may grant cost of petition to the petitioner. 10.4 The Hon’ble Court may grant any other PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA
2 / 2 relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 3 submits that as the petitioner is a lessee of Respondent No. 3, petitioner has been granted opportunity to submit an application for rehabilitation. Petitioner may submit application for rehabilitation, if he so desires, and in the event petitioner submits an application, it will be considered by Respondent No. 3 in accordance with law.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternate remedy available to him under the law and to submit an application for rehabilitation.
