The petitioner has filed the instant petition assailing non-compliance of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2065 of 2015 in case of Narendra Kumar Yadav Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instruction would submit that in pursuance of order dated 01.09.2025 passed in WA No. 638 of BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.11.19 11:04:29 +0530 2 2025 by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, the petitioner has been reinstated in service vide order dated 07.11.2025 and so far as monetary part is concerned, the same shall be released within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted a copy of the order dated 07.11.2025. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No. 2, nothing is required to be adjudicated in this petition by this Court at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the instant contempt petition, if any grievance still survives. 5.
