Heard Mr. M.R. Hariraj, learned Senior Advocate for the Appellant and Mr. S. Biju, learned Senior Central Government Counsel for the Respondents. 2. The appeal challenges an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. It is informed that pursuant to the fresh tender, contract has been entered into with the third party, that is, M/s. Tharu & Sons, having its Registered Office at Paracka House, Door No.420/2 of Kalamassery Municipality, Karipayi Road, Thrikkakkara North Village, Njalakom Desom, Kalamassery, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam District, Kerala, Rajagiri P.O., Pin – 683 104. The learned counsel for the Appellant states that instead of pursuing this appeal in light of this development, the party with whom contract has been entered into by the Respondent Authority pursuant to the fresh tender process, will be joined as a Party Respondent in the writ petition, the writ petition would be amended and necessary prayers would be sought. 3.
