After hearing the parties and after going through the affidavits, I find that each and every time the Aam Sabha meeting was held and provisional letter was issued, the Aam Sabha was cancelled because of some irregularity in the process. For five times, the Aam Sabha meeting has been cancelled. Consequently, the provisional selection of the petitioner was not confirmed. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner – State 2025:JHHC:27209 2 submits that now again a fresh Aam Sabha will be constituted and that will be conducted. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro, to ensure that the Aam Sabha is conducted in a proper and legal way and the selection process be concluded at the earliest. The petitioner will be at liberty to participate in the selection process. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
