However, prior thereto, on 24.11.2024 Surat Singh, cousin of the applicant, had expired, who was also not having good health and time prior to his death was consumed in taking him to various Hospitals for treatment and last rites at Haridwar have also been performed by the applicant as his cousin was not having any male child. Believing the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, which appears to be genuine for causing delay in filing the appeal, delay of 26 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered.
