In light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondent no.1/IOA in the aforesaid affidavit, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition. 4. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that relief i) already stands satisfied as the respondent no.1/IOA had notified the Authorised Representative of the petitioner to participate in the Special General Meeting of IOA scheduled on 13th August, 2026. 7. In light of the stand taken by IOA in its affidavit filed in W.P.(C) 15664/2025, a direction is issued to the respondent/IOA to update the website of the IOA with the office bearers of the petitioner elected on 15th December, 2024. 8. This would, of course, be subject to the final outcome of the writ petitions filed challenging the elections, which are pending before this Court. 9.
