1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue an appropriate writ in the quash the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 17/01/2025 passed by the respondent and hold that the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to be retired just after 11 months and in such time on promotion he has been transferred to Forest Division, Keshkal as
3 such he is challenging the transfer order. However, after arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file representation before the authorities concerned as the petitioner is going to be retired on 31.12.2025
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to be interfered with.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law.
6. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands
