When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.
Jupudi.V.K.Yagnadutt learned Standing Counsel for Central Government representing the petitioners-Union of India, on written instructions, submits that as the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, which is impugned in this writ petition has been already implemented, that he was instructed to withdraw the writ petition. The written instruction to that effect is also submitted and the same is taken on record. 2. Therefore, as the very order that is challenged, is now implemented, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed.
