JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 18-07-2025 Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.3863 of 2025 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informed that under the circumstances that the Special Court could not verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners as the police had submitted the report after a lapse of four weeks from the date of order, the bail bond of the petitioners has not been accepted by the Special Court. Considering the information contained in modification application I find it fit to extend the date to further period of three weeks from today to surrender in terms of direction contained in para-6 of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed in CWJC No.3863 of 2025. 5.
