The petitioner states that his son's has suffered fractures and that he requires emergent medical care. Since it has not been provided, the present writ petition came to be filed. 3. After going through the medical records, we are of the view that the petitioner's son has to be immediately examined by the Doctors at Dr.Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai. During the period of his treatment, the prisoner has to be accompanied by escort. 4. The writ petition is allowed with the above direction. No costs.
