Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct a fair, thorough, independent and time bound investigation against the private respondents in the event of kidnapping or apprehending murder, cheating and fraud under pretext of sending the petitioner’s son abroad on work permit, for issuing forged VISA for grabbing approx.Rs.20,00,000/- and for issuing threats to eliminate the applicant and his family members. Further prayer has been made to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation dated 23.04.2025 and to provide police protection for the same. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed a representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran but the same has not been taken into consideration till date.
