She hails from Puducherry. She, however, got married to one Mr.P.Ashokan, who also belongs to the very same community, but hails from Tamil Nadu. The petitioner seeks a community certificate for her children. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though she appeared before the second respondent on 19.11.2024 and produced all the relevant records, till date, her application for issuance of the community certificate for her children has not yet been disposed of and it is still kept pending. Hence, the above writ petition has been filed. 3. We put the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) on 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP.No.18310 of 2025 notice. Heard both. 4. Considering the facts, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 25.9.2024 within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
