Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 624 of 2024 arising out of Silli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-VI, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Aarti Devi who committed suicide in her matrimonial home 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the deceased has committed suicide due to petty family dispute. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C-VI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
