At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition reserving liberty to file fresh representation before the concerned Authority raising all his grievances and concerned Authority may be directed to decide the same in an expeditious manner. 2. Learned State counsel would not oppose the above limited prayer. 3. Having considered the aforesaid submission, as limited relief is sought by counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the concerned Authority within a period of 30 days from this order raising all his grievances as raised in this petition, the concerned Authority shall decide the same as per applicable law and rules and shall pass speaking order within outer limit of six months from the receipt of said representation. 4.
