Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the administration of the Petitioner Association and never locked the community hall at any point of time and the Police visited the premises on the point of routine enforcement duties and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
