This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 13.06.2024 passed by the learned Pricipal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.), whereby the learned family Court has rejected the claim of the appellant for grant of custody of her minor girl child under Section 7 of the Gurardians and Wards Act, 1890. 4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 04.09.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 5. Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 04.09.2025 is being made part of this order. 3 6. In that view of the matter, the FA(MAT) No. 275/2024 is disposed of in terms and conditions of the mediation report dated 04.09.2025. 7. No order as to cost. Sd/- Sd/- (Sanjay K.
