This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in involving in family issues and illegally detained the petitioner hours together and pressurised the petitioner to give divorce to the 5th respondent is illegal and contrary to the fundament principles enshrined in the constitution and consequently direct to the 3rd and 4th respondents not to involve in family issues and not to harass the petitioner to give divorce to the 5th respondent.”
2. Sri Pasumarthi Kranthi Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are interfering with the family disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, basing on the complaint given by Respondent No.5, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry, however, no crime is registered against the Petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the family disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
