The sole contention advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, Mirzapur may be directed to decide the Appeal No.C202516000000555, under Section 4 (1-Ka) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 pending before him within a time bound period. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, Mirzapur, to decide the Appeal No.C202516000000555 expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
