CrMP No.765 of 2024 Application, for the reasons, stated therein, is allowed and
disposed of. Applicant/petitioner is exempted from filing the translated copy of the documents, at this stage. However, applicant/petitioner will do the needful, as and when, Court directs to do so. CrMP No.764 of 2024 By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount, which the applicant has deposited, in this case, in pursuance of the order dated 06.01.2020. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the applicant that later on, on 09.07.2024, the above title Criminal Revision Petition has been withdrawn and thereafter, the parties to the petition had filed the petition, under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, for dissolution of their marriage. The said petition was allowed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P., on 10.12.2024. Along with the application, the photocopy of the statements, recorded before the Court of learned
Principal Judge, Family Court, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P., has also been annexed. Perusal of the same shows that the matter has now finally been settled. Consequently, the application, under
consideration, is allowed and the amount, which has been deposited by the applicant, is ordered to be released, in his favour, by remitting the same in the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which have been mentioned, in para No.4, of the application. Application is, thus, disposed of.
