GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st and 2 Respondents Police in frequent interfering with the petitioner's business activity of manufacturing fireworks of the Petitioner vide License No.1/2003 in the premises at Pisinikada Village, Anakapally Mandal, Visakhapatnam District,while the application for renewal is pending before the competent authority i.e., the 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the rule 112 (5) of the Explosives Rules, 2008, violative of article 14 and 21 of 2 the Constitution of India as well contrary to the orders passed in WP No.30915/2016, in the interest of justice.” 2. Sri M.V.Raja Raam, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner herein is no more and the legal representatives of the Petitioner are not coming forward to pursue the matter. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, four crimes have been registered against the Petitioner under the Explosive Substances Act. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
