This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “…to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in interfering in the civil disputes pertaining to the subject property between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and causing apprehension to the life of liberty of the petitioner herein as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, whimsical, violative of principles of natural justice, and violative of petitioners rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the officials respondents to not to interfere in the civil disputes pertaining to the property in Sy.No. 1396/2, Markapur Village of Markapur Municipality, Prakasam Districtand not to threaten the petitioner under the influence of the unofficial respondents … 2. Heard Smt.P.Srilatha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of unofficial respondent, a case was registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.221 of 2024 of Markapur Town Police Station for the offences under Sections 447, 424, 506, 509 read with 34 IPC. In that regard, petitioner was called by the police. Dr.VJP,J W.P.No.32196 of 2025 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
