This MCC has been filed for restoration of WPC No. 1886/2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court on 17.10.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was listed in the weekly list dated 13.10.2025 under the final hearing category. The case was taken up on 16.10.2025 and again on 17.10.2025. However, despite due diligence, counsel could not notice the listing in the weekly list and, consequently, was unaware of the matter when it was called on both dates. As a result, he could not appear, and the petition came to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Therefore, he prays that the application may be allowed. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 17.10.2025 passed in WPC No. 1886/2014 is recalled. The WPC No. 1886/2014 is restored to its original Number. 4.
