The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 64 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Mahboob Alam, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last five years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mahboob Alam, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih in connection with Gawan P.S.
