GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents particularly the 4th respondent in not investigating and not filling Charge Sheet in Crime in FIR No.137/2022, dated 10.08.2022 registered under Sections 354A, 2 354D, 506, 509 of IPC on the file of 4th respondent against 5th respondent on petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2022, as being illegal, irregular and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on the respondents under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to investigate into the crime and prosecute the accused person for appropriate offences under penal provisions of law by subjecting the offender to the process of arrest and judicial remand.” 2. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
