Present fourth petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.97 dated 20.05.2024 under Sections 436/427 of IPC, 1860 (Section 120-B IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, Khanna, Punjab. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-24515-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 13.05.2025 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now, the present fourth petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 16 days. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
