The present application U/S 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the court concerned to release the applicant on the basis of personal bonds and two sureties in 7 cases which are as under: (i) Case Crime No. 156 of 2024, under Sections 303(2) B.N.S. at P.S. Biharigarh, District Saharanpur. (ii) Case Crime No. 350 of 2024, under Sections 305(A) B.N.S. at P.S. Nagal, District Saharanpur. (iii) Case Crime No. 129 of 2024, under Sections 305(A) B.N.S., at P.S. Titro, District Saharanpur. (iv) Case Crime No. 220 of 2024, under Sections 305(A) B.N.S. and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, at P.S. Fatehpur, District Saharanpur. (v) Case Crime No. 477 of 2024, under Section 305(A) , 317 (2) B.N.S. and 3/5/8 C.S. Act, at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur. (vi) Case Crime No. 225 of 2024 under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 112(2), 3(5), 317(5) B.N.S. and 3/5/8 C.S. Act, at Police Station Fatehpur, District Saharanpur. (vii) Case Crime No. 22 of 2025 under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters Act, at Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is languishing in jail since 17.12.2024 and last bail order has been passed in favour of the applicant on 10.4.2025. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR and the applicant has been implicated in seven cases on the basis of confessional statement, which is irrelevant. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in all the seven cases after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, in the aforesaid six cases.
