4. The instant revision U/s 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the revisionist to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 19.10.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai in Case No. 87 of 2021 (Smt. Khushbu Verma and anothers Vs. Dilip Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Jalaun, District-Jalaun..
5. Learned counsel for O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 and learned AGA submitted that instant revision has been filed by the revisionist against the impugned order dated 19.10.2023 by which application moved by O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 U/s 125 Cr.P.C. was allowed and revisionist was directed to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month to O.P. No.2 and Rs. 2,000/- per month to O.P. No. 3 as maintenance allowance.

11. From the impugned order dated 19.10.2023, it reflects, it is well reasoned order and while passing the same, court concerned considered all the facts and in view of this Court, there is no reason to interfere with the finding of facts recorded by the court concerned.
12. Further, maintenance allowance awarded to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 cannot be said to be excessive.
13. Therefore, considering the facts of the case, in my view, the instant revision filed by revisionist is devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed.
