2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though decision dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure-P/2) passed by the respondent No.4, is put to challenge in this writ petition. However, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits, but only seeking direction to the respondent No.3/Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) before whom a subsequent application has already been filed for providing place/space for Ram Katha, which is pending
consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation/application expeditiously. DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA

Learned counsel for the State submits that after receiving copy of application supplied to him today, he has sought instructions from the respondent No.3, upon which, it is informed that the application is received in the office and he has already initiated the proceedings for calling report from the concerned authorities. He further submits that according to his instructions, the representation/application of the petitioner will be considered and decision will be taken within a period of 1 week.
4. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respective parties,
facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition and further considering that the petitioner has already submitted representation/application before the respondent No.3 for providing the alternate place/space, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation/application submitted by the petitioner dated 28.10.2025 expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period 1 week from today.
