This petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned result dated 12.4.2025 declared by the Respondent No.4, whereby made selection in pursuance to the advertisement dated 30.8.2024 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondents to declare select to the petitioner for the appointment against the advertised post of Assistant Clerk under Scheduled Caste Category, in the institution in pursuance to the advertisement dated 30.08.2024. 2. The array of the parties of this petition is as follows: "1. State of U.P. through, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of U.P., Lucknow. 2. Director of Higher Education, Allahabad. 3., Regional, Higher Education, Allahabad. 4. Committee of Management, Dharam Samaj College, Aligarh, through its Secretary. 5. Principal, Dharm Samaj College, Aligarh. 12. All selected candidates in Pursuance to the advertisement dated 30.08.2024, through Committee of Management, Dharam Samaj College, Aligarh." 3. This petition, therefore, is not maintainable in view of non- impleadment of the selected candidates. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh after impleading all necessary parties and making proper prayer. 5.
