(Domestic Violence Act), Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned State Law Officer submits that has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the rival parties, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch. 5.
