10 to 26 and their followers for their repeated illegal acts and high-handed torture and harassment in contemplating to cause loss and danger to my life and social reputation apart from creating obstruction and Nuisance, thereby causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 to 9 under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 9 to initiate proceedings under Chapter IX, Section 126 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 against respondents 9 to 26 and their henchmen and pass

IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 10 to consider and initiate necessary action on my representation dated 24.03.2025, submitted for initiating proceedings under Section 126 of Chapter -IX of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the respondent No’s 10 to 26 and their followers for their repeated illegal acts and high-handed torture and harassment in contemplating to cause loss and danger to my life and social reputation apart from creating obstruction and Nuisance, thereby causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents on my representation dated 24.03.2025, submitted for initiating proceedings under Section 126 of Chapter -IX of The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 against the respondent Nos. 10 to 26 and their followers for their repeated illegal acts and high-handed torture and harassment in contemplating to cause loss and danger to my life and social reputation apart from creating obstruction and Nuisance, thereby causing breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquility, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 to 9 under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 9 to initiate proceedings under Chapter IX, Section 126 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 against respondents 9 to 26 and their henchmen and pass..…”

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the brother of the Petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.151 of 2025 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS, 2023 of Rayachoty U/G P.S., against the accused therein. In the said case, the Petitioner is the injured and cited as LW-2. He would further submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed on 16.04.2025

and it is PT vide C.C.No.186 of 2025 and the case was posted to 10.12.2025 for appearance of accused.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the Petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
