Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2488 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(5)/308(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. On 14.10.2024, the petitioner got his bullet motorcycle refueled in Happy Service Station, Giridh. On being asked to pay for the same, the accused persons abused the Informant and also extorted Rs. 5,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. It was further submitted that the co-accused Md. Ahsan @ Md. Ehsan has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 5363 of 2025. 5. Mr. Satish Prasad, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (T) P.S.
