1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR
2 to set- aside the impugned transfer order dated 17- 01-2025 (Annexure P-1) so far as the transfer of petitioner is concerned. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the impugned relieving order dated 20- 01-2025 (Annexure P-2). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work at present place of posting i.e. R.I. Circle Raipur-13, Bhatagaon, Tahsil and District Raipur (C.G.). 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court be further pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 17.01.2025 passed by the respondent No.2, the services of the petitioner has been posted from Revenue Circle Bhatagaon, District Raipur to Revenue Circle Bangoli, District Raipur which is 40 kms. away from present place of posting. He submits that he may be given liberty to file a representation before the concerned transferring authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has been passed on administrative basis, which is absolutely correct and requires no interference.
4. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is
directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before
3 the authorities concerned within a period of one week and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner while passing appropriate orders in a pragmatic manner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law.
