No. 71450 of 2023 to the extent that the period of surrender may be extended. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 3 is an elderly and ailing person, and during the period within which he was required to furnish his bail bond, he was unwell. In support of the above contention, learned counsel for the petitioner has neither produced nor filed any document or report related to the medical treatment of the petitioner. 4.
