Learned counsel representing Smt.Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner is in attendance. 3. Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police did not interfere with the possession of the shop by the petitioner as alleged in the writ petition. Police did not ask the writ petitioner to vacate the shop. They never interfere with the possession of the writ petitioner of the alleged shop. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition may be closed, as at this length of time, no further orders are required. 4 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is closed without going into merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
