None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned Standing Counsel-cum-Spl Public Prosecutor for ACB would submit that they have conducted enquiry on the representation given by the Petitioner and found no ingredients to attract any offence under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act. The said petition is closed on 16.10.2025. Learned Special Public Prosecutor would further submit that notice has been issued through registered post to the Petitioner and it was returned as refused. Learned Special Public Prosecutor would further submit that it was informed to the Petitioner through phone also on 17.11.2025. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law.
