The above contempt case was filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 19.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.8995 of 2024. 2. Pending the contempt case, the sole petitioner died and the son of the deceased petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 to come on record as the legal representative of the deceased petitioner. Having filed I.A., the learned counsel did not press the same.
Even before filing of I.A.No.1 of 2025, the grandson of the deceased petitioner filed a memo vide CCUSR No.24330 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025, stating that the issue was amicably settled. 3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and since sole petitioner died, the Contempt Case is dismissed as abated.
