When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that for execution of the pending Non-Bailable Warrant in M.C. No. 66 of 2012 against the accused, the Superintendent of Police, Palnadu District, sent proposals to the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Mangalagiri, vide C.No.14/C1-DCRB/2025 dated 20.03.2025, requesting issuance of a Look Out Circular (LOC) to the concerned authorities and for communication of the same to all ASRROs at all airports in India to prevent the accused from leaving the country. Thereafter, the Director General of Police, CID, sent a requisition to the Immigration Branch, Ministry of Home Affairs, dated 4 24.03.2025, requesting that an LOC be opened against the accused. The Immigration authorities have since informed the CID that an LOC has been opened against one Arikatla Anji Reddy pursuant to the request made by the 2nd respondent. 3. Sri Sodum Anvesha, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
