3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief. “……to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the Public Notice published on 03.07.2025 by 3rd respondent in respect of zero admissions in APEAPCET-2024 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction, unjustified, unsustainable and set-aside the same directing the respondents to permit the petitioners to make admissions in accordance with the AP Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission of Engineering / Pharmacy Diploma Holders into Under Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.43, Higher Education

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
